Khaled Al Hammadi, Head of the Parking Services at Sharjah City Municipality, announced via the “Direct Line” program that two parking lots have been completed in Al Khan, providing space for 682 vehicles. These facilities are part of a broader effort to improve parking availability in high-demand areas.
In addition, three more parking zones are under construction in both Al Khan and Al Mamzar, which will add another 540 parking lots. Once completed, these ongoing projects will increase the total capacity to 1,222 parking spaces in these zones, significantly alleviating vehicle congestion for residents and visitors.
