President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan has conveyed a formal message of congratulations to President Yamandú Orsi of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay, marking the country’s Independence Day.
Similar messages were also dispatched to the Uruguayan President by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, as well as His Highness Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Presidential Court.
