The Sharjah Police General Command has announced a strategic partnership with the delivery platform Noon to introduce a new service for collecting vehicle license plates from customers. These plates will be transported to the Traffic and Licensing Service Centres under the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department, eliminating the need for in-person visits for transactions requiring plate surrender.
How the Service Works
- Customers initiate requests via the Ministry of Interior’s “MOI UAE” application or through approved digital services at Traffic and Licensing Service Centres.
- A designated Noon representative will collect the plates directly from the customer.
- Upon delivery to the service center, customers will receive a confirmation text message.
- Once notified, users can finalize their licensing transactions online through the Ministry of Interior’s smart apps or at official service centers.
