Dubai Property Show 2026 Launches with Robotics Innovation and Major Developer Incentives

The 22nd edition of the International Property Show (IPS) officially commenced at the Dubai World Trade Centre on September 7, running through September 9. This year’s event has drawn significant attention, hosting over 300 exhibitors and welcoming more than 30,000 participants from across the globe to explore the latest trends in the emirate’s real estate market.

A major highlight of the opening day was the unveiling of Tréppan Vision, a Dh700 million mixed-use development by Fakhruddin Properties. The project distinguishes itself by placing robotics at the core of its residential design. According to Yousuf Fakhruddin, CEO and Managing Partner of Fakhruddin Properties Development LLC, the development integrates specialized robotic services, AI-enabled home systems, and dedicated sustainability and wellness support. The vision involves deploying robots on every floor to enhance the living ecosystem, a move Fakhruddin describes as a necessary step to provide superior support systems for modern residents.

Competition for buyer interest remains high, with developers offering aggressive incentives. The Danube Group stand experienced heavy foot traffic as Founder and Chairman Rizwan Sajan announced a 10 percent discount for buyers. Sajan emphasized that the offer is tied to a 20 percent payment, framing it as an ideal entry point for investors. Beyond financial incentives, Sajan highlighted the company’s operational reliability, noting that Danube has committed to delivering 11 projects within an 11-month timeframe, reinforcing his stance that the current market conditions make it the right time to invest with the developer.

The event’s main conference provided a strategic look at the future of the sector. The opening session featured remarks from AE7’s Marwan Houry and executive Francesca Melcarne, setting the stage for a keynote address from the Dubai Land Department (DLD). Majid Al Marri, CEO of the Corporate Support Sector at the DLD, joined experts Ismail Al Hammadi and IPS Congress President Dawood Al Shezawi to present the roadmap titled “From 2026 to 2033 — DLD Leadership on the 2033 KPIs and 2026 Pillars: Investor Outlooks, Financing and Governance.”

This presentation served as a cornerstone for the event, outlining the emirate’s long-term vision for real estate growth. The roadmap details the necessary financing frameworks and governance structures intended to guide Dubai’s property sector through the next phase of its development cycle. These discussions align with broader industry sentiments, including recent observations by Emaar’s Mohamed Alabbar regarding the market’s trajectory as it prepares for a significant supply wave in 2027.

Across the exhibition floor, the overarching theme remained consistent: the convergence of wellbeing, technology, and lifestyle. Whether through the high-tech robotics showcased by Fakhruddin Properties or the delivery-focused strategies presented by Danube, the industry is clearly pivoting toward value-added living experiences. The event continues to serve as a critical barometer for investor confidence and institutional capital, reflecting a market that is increasingly focused on long-term sustainability and digital integration. The report also notes that says Emaar’s Alabbar, also Read: Dubai property market to find ‘nice balance’ as 2027 supply wave hits. The report also notes that we have to integrate into our ecosystem, we feel that whatever is out there that supports these three concepts. The report also notes that we provide a lot more support system with robotics than anyone else can, that’s why the best thing we could do was add it to the next project, this new unveiling, by doing that. The report also notes that we have come up with a very special offer during IPS,” Sajan said. The report also notes that we are offering a 10 per cent discount. The report also notes that that means if you pay 20 per cent, I will give you 10 per cent off. The report also notes that this is the reason many people want to buy.
