In celebration of the Prophet Muhammad’s (PBUH) birthday for the 1448 AH holiday, Q-Mobility has announced that several Darb toll gates will be exempt from charges on Friday, August 28. This exemption applies to the Sas Al Nakhl, Al Maqtaa, Rabdan, and Saadiyat gates. Normal toll collection is scheduled to resume on Saturday. However, the Al Qurm and Ghantoot gates will continue to operate around the clock, maintaining the standard rate of Dhs4 per crossing.
Public parking across the Emirate of Abu Dhabi will also be free throughout the day on Friday, with the notable exception of multi-storey parking facilities, where standard fees will remain in effect 24/7. Regular parking charges for street-level spaces will return to their normal schedule and pricing on Saturday.
Regarding customer service, physical centers located in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain will be closed on Friday, with normal operations set to resume on Monday. Despite the closure of these offices, Q-Mobility confirmed that continuous customer support remains available 24/7 through its digital channels, including the official website, the Darb mobile application, and the TAMM platform.
